(15) Island Reversal (Bullish):

The Island Reversal (Bullish) pattern looks like Abandoned Baby (Bullish) but there are many differences between these two patterns.

 When one or more trades in a downtrend market deviate from the main trend line and go down, this detached trade or group of trades is called Island Bottom and this pattern is called Island Reversal (Bullish).

 This pattern provides a bullish reversal signal, as illustrated below.

(16) Island Reversal (Bearish): 

Island Reversal (Bearish) looks like Abandoned Baby (Bearish), but there are many differences between these two patterns.

 When one or more trades in an uptrend market deviate from the main trend line and move upwards, this detached trade or group of trades is called Island Top and this pattern is called Island Reversal (Bearish).

 This pattern provides a bearish reversal signal, as illustrated below.
